The Development Services Department is responsible for all development in the municipality (including residential, industrial, commercial, subdivisions, Oil and Gas). This is achieved through administration of the Official Community Plan, the Zoning Bylaw, the Building Bylaw, and other related policies, bylaws and initiatives that are meant to guide growth and development in the municipality.
